We’re a couple of 30-somethings with two dogs and a boy that never stops eating. We live in the sticks (ok, 20 miles from the city) and enjoy time spent outdoors. We’ve been fortunate in that our careers have afforded us plenty of time off and the ability to pursue our hobbies. Ever since I can remember, I’ve enjoyed tinkering with things to get the most out of them. I’ll do my best to be as up-front as possible with what I’ve done, why, and the results.

In May of 2019 we purchased our first travel trailer after a tremendous amount of research into what we really wanted vs what we didn’t need. Much like everything in (our) life, the trailer will be modified to suit our exact needs, and evolve as needs change. A good friend suggested that I create a blog as a way to show other people what I’ve done; so here it is. I’m not an engineer, I’m not an expert; I just like to try to make things fit my needs better.
